The sun continues to shine, though most of the guys are asleep on the bus after an early morning school performance at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. We were surprised to find a Charlottesville native in our audience, a student whose parents are professors at UVa (on leave this year)! We embarrassed her by making her take a picture with us.
After singing, the guys played a little dodgeball in the gym while waiting for pizza. Squatch is an excellent player.
Last night we were hosted by Concordia, one of the choirs of the Pennsylvania Academy of Performing Arts. They had a great pot luck supper for us and we serenaded then with a few numbers by way of thanks.
We stayed at a hotel right in Center City Philadelphia, which was fun and convenient for the guys. Musk Ox's mom brought lunch to the hotel for everyone when we arrived--a much appreciated bit of local hospitality.
We're making good time on the road to Baldwin, Long Island, so we might have time for a stop in Coney Island on the way. Stay tuned!
